  • Additional work outside the original scope may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

  • We do not offer refunds for completed services delivered according to the agreed scope.

4. Responsibilities of Clients

  • Access to the property for scheduled work

  • Prompt responses to inquiries regarding approvals, decisions, or design changes

Failure to provide the necessary information or access may affect project timelines, for which RHC Design Core is not liable.

Termination will be communicated in writing, and the client remains liable for services delivered up to that point.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in Roswell, GA courts.
